The Challenge

What they needed

Jain Social Group Matunga organizes regular drama events for over 1,050 members across multiple batches. Seat allocation was done manually — a time-consuming process prone to errors and complaints. Members had no way to check their seat assignments online, and event-day entry verification relied on paper lists, causing long queues and confusion at the venue.

The Solution

What we built

We designed and delivered an end-to-end event management platform. The system automates seat allocation using intelligent rotation algorithms that ensure fairness across events. Each member receives a unique QR-code ticket accessible via a personalized web link. At the venue, organizers use the built-in scanning module to verify members at entry in real-time — eliminating queues and paper lists. The admin dashboard provides complete visibility into allocations, attendance, and member data.
