What they needed
SEBI required a comprehensive visitor tracking system that could work alongside their existing visitor management infrastructure. They needed complex, multi-dimensional reporting capabilities that their current system could not provide — including deep analytical reports for management review and operational decision-making. The solution needed to query existing data without modifying it, maintaining the integrity of the source system.
What we built
We built a custom application that connects to SEBI's existing visitor management system via read-only database queries, extracting and transforming data into meaningful reports and dashboards. The system generates complex analytical outputs tailored to different stakeholder needs — from daily operational summaries to deep investigative reports. The architecture was designed for security and compliance, ensuring no write operations touch the source data. Additional specialized functionality was developed under strict NDA.
